Yes. BridgeCalm works great on its own. If you do have a therapist, connecting them unlocks shared progress — but it’s entirely optional.
As little as 2 minutes. A mood check-in is 10 seconds. Exercises take 2–5 minutes. You can go deeper whenever you want, but the daily minimum fits between meetings or before bed.
